Past Continuous Negative


PAST CONTINUOUS
     µ    We use the past continuous to talk about actions which were still in progress at a certain time. The action had started before this time but hadn't finished.

         µ      Formula

             Ã  Negative: Subject + wasn't + weren't + verb with -ing + complement.

     µ     Forms of verb 'to be' in past:
