Valentine´s Day

Happy Valentine´s Day!

Saint Valentine´s Day

Valentine´s Day

Saint Valentine's Day, commonly known as Valentine's Day, or the Feast of Saint Valentine, is observed on February 14 each year. It is celebrated in many countries around the world, although it remains a working day in most of them.
St. Valentine's Day began as a liturgical celebration of one or more early Christian saints named Valentinus. The most popularmartyrology associated with Saint Valentine was that he was imprisoned for performing weddings for soldiers who were forbidden to marry and for ministering to Christians, who were persecuted under the Roman Empire; during his imprisonment, he is said to have healed the daughter of his jailer Asterius. Legend states that before his execution he wrote "from your Valentine" as a farewell to her. Today, Saint Valentine's Day is an official feast day in the Anglican Communion, as well as in the Lutheran Church. TheEastern Orthodox Church also celebrates Saint Valentine's Day, albeit on July 6th and July 30th, the former date in honor of the Romanpresbyter Saint Valentine, and the latter date in honor of Hieromartyr Valentine, the Bishop of Interamna (modern Terni).
The day was first associated with romantic love in the circle of Geoffrey Chaucer in the High Middle Ages, when the tradition of courtly love flourished. By the 15th century, it had evolved into an occasion in which lovers expressed their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery, and sending greeting cards (known as "valentines").[1][3] Valentine's Day symbols that are used today include the heart-shaped outline, doves, and the figure of the winged Cupid. Since the 19th century, handwritten valentines have given way to mass-produced greeting cards.

Merry Christmas !

Christmas

The Donkey and the Peasant

An Interesting Story

The Donkey and the Peasant

One day a farmer's donkey fell into a well. The animal cried hard for hours as the farmer tried to find something to do.

Finally, the farmer decided that the donkey was old and the well was dry and needed to be covered up anyway, it really was not worth the donkey out of the well.

He invited all his neighbors to come and help. Each grabbed a shovel and began to throw dirt into the well.

The donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's surprise, quieted down after a few shovelfuls of dirt.

The farmer finally looked down the well and was astonished at what he saw ... with each scoop of dirt, the donkey was doing something amazing: the earth is shaking and stepped over the earth.

Very soon everyone was amazed as the donkey came to the mouth of the well, stepped over the edge and trotted ...

Life is going to throw dirt, all kinds of land ... the trick is to shake it out of the pot and use it to take a step up. Each of our troubles is a step up. We can get out of the deepest holes if we give up ...

Land Use throw you to succeed!

Christmas Songs

Christmas Songs

Jingle Bell Rock Lyrics
Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock
Jingle bells swing and jingle bells ring
Snowing and blowing up bushels of fun
Now the jingle hop has begun

Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock
Jingle bells chime in jingle bell time
Dancing and prancing in Jingle Bell Square
In the frosty air.

What a bright time, it's the right time
To rock the night away

Jingle bell time is a swell time
To go gliding in a one-horse sleigh
Giddy-up jingle horse, pick up your feet
Jingle around the clock

Mix and a-mingle in the jingling feet
That's the jingle bell,
That's the jingle bell,
That's the jingle bell rock.

So this is Christmas Lyrics
So this is Christmas and what have you done
Another year over a new one just begun.

And so this is Christmas, I hope you have fun.
The near and the dear ones, the old and the young
A very merry Christmas and a happy new year
Let´s hope it´s a good one without any fears.
And so this is Christmas for weak and for strong,
The rich and the poor ones, the road is so long.
And so happy Christmas for blck and white
For the yellow and red ones let´s stop all the fights.
A very merry Christmas and a happy new year
Let´s hope it´s a good one without any fears.
So this is Christmas and what have you done
Another year over a new one just begun.
And so this is Christmas, I hope you have fun.
The near and the dear ones, the old and the young
A very merry Christmas and a happy new year
Let´s hope it´s a good one without any fears.
War is over if you want it, war is over now.
